It’s time to define your wedding style.  Hiring the entertainment for your wedding might be one of the toughtest decisions you make so  where do you start. A great first step is to take a good look at yourself and decide what type of party are you looking to host.  What is YOUR idea of a good time?  Maybe you prefer to kick back with friends and chill out to some favorite tunes or maybe you’re ready to swing from the chandeliers and show off your best break dance moves.  There are no right or wrong answers but a good rule of thumb is to look for entertainment that’s inline with your tastes and your style.

Do your homework.  Its a digital world so take advantage of the resources at your finger tips.  Research the companies you are considering and get to know them.  Visit their websites, check out their social media outlets, read their reviews and find out what their past clients are saying about them on The Knot and WeddingWire.

Ask around about them.  The best and most awful companies will have a reputation in the industry.  Venues and other wedding pros work with other wedding vendors every single weekend and they see it all.  Ask them for and upfront and honest opinion of a company you’re considering.


Now its time to get out and meet some people.  Face to face conversations can really help you get to know the entertainer you’re considering for your wedding day.
